Jesus & Me Kids (JAM) "DO" Worksheets

Created during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Jesus & Me (JAM) Kids “DO” Worksheets were designed to help children stay connected to faith, learning, and community while the church building was closed.

Each week, children in grades 3–5 received a new worksheet that directly corresponded to the Sunday School lesson and Bible verse for that week. Rather than focusing only on listening or reading, the worksheets emphasized action — inviting kids to reflect, respond, and do what they were learning in age-appropriate, meaningful ways.

To deepen engagement, each worksheet was paired with a companion video in which the youth leader read a story connected to the week’s scripture and theme. Together, the worksheets and videos created a consistent, accessible rhythm of faith formation that families could engage with at home.

This project offered more than curriculum support; it provided continuity, creativity, and care during an uncertain season — ensuring that even while physically apart, the church’s children remained spiritually connected and actively involved in their faith.
